I'm a very active dancer. I tend to chose songs that have that wind-you-up-and-let-you-go quality. I keep telling myself to choose something a little calmer, a little slower. As a result of my music selection, I wind up shaking it for three to four minutes straight. This leaves me wild eyed and breathless.

I have a terrible habit of not cooling my body down after all my wildness. As a result, I get cramps and soreness. When I come off stage, I'm more worried about catching my breath than I am about cooling down. I need to work out about five moves to stretch out and relax my muscles after I dance. I figure five moves will be enough to remember and actually get done without becoming tedious.
