I feel as if I've been running around unfocused for a few months. It seems like I had so much to do but I don't get it all done. I was getting horribly forgetful about a lot of things and I didn't understand why.
I then started making lists again. I find lists quite therapeutic. I write down all the tasks I need to tackle that day and mark them off as I get them done. I've felt so much calmer since I started making lists again. I'm less loopy in life.
Now I can cross blogging about lists off my list.
